Happy Three Week Anniversary!
Sounds like you had a good OS visit. Congrats on the sleep improvement. It makes such a difference to
feel well rested. I do hope the PT is light. I say that because you've mentioned pain, which can be normal at this point but I'm hoping your PT isn't adding to it, or prolonging it.
Enjoy your Netflix / ill routine. After a couple weeks back on the job
you'll probably miss this current routine, lol.
