Recovery Club member.

Pre-op surgery team members are automatically recovery team members. If you were not on the pre-op list, please join your fellow travelers in this month’s post-op club by requesting your name and surgery date be added to the roster.

Being a team member will allow you to share your

questions, concerns, and experiences; give one another

support and encouragement;

vent, whine, and shed some tears, if necessary; and have some

fun and laughs together. (Please do the above in one another’s recovery threads. And if you find your fun and laughs taking over an individual thread, toss them over to the Social Room to keep your recovery thread on target.)

I had my right knee replacement on 24th January 2018. So looking forward to connecting with everyone!

LTKR Jan 23. Everything has gone pretty well but I am still consumed w/ anxiety. I have just this week managed to get off the Celebrex. I take Tylenol for pain w/ a low dose oxy at night. I am only sleeping 3 hours or so, up from little to no sleep. I can't yet go up and don stairs without putting 2 feet on each step. I have outpatient PT 2xs /week. Exercise at home every other day beyond that.

Hi, LTKR on January 22 so 5 weeks in. Has anyone else had issues with high blood pressure? I'm taking occasional tramadol and Advil and exercising daily, but having pain still most days. Just freaking out because BP spike to 155/99 and I used to have generally low-normal readings. Any ideas?

Mine has been thru the roof. I usually run high on the top number and low on the bottom unless I've been resting for a good while. But now it's stays very high if I'm up and about at all.
