Thanks for checking in! I’m doing really well, I think I’m very lucky. Functionally I am able to ride my bike around the neighborhood for at least 45 min. I might be able to do more but I get bored. But it feels really good. I can walk about a mile and a half, I’m having trouble getting past that because walking does not feel as good as riding my bike after about a mile and a half, and it feels stiffer and more swollen at that point so I quit.
I’m not really having any pain just that feeling that it has a tight wrap on it most of the time. I did take a plane ride from Colorado to the East Coast in the middle of July, and did wear compression hose when I went. Between the humidity, and sitting on the plane, I didn’t have pain, but my knee felt really swollen and uncomfortable.
I am back to going to Pilates without any difficulty and can almost kneel on it for a little bit, but it still has some areas of numbness which really feels weird
So overall, I think I’m doing really well and I’m really glad I did it. It feels much more stable than my left one now!

Sounds like you are doing really well.
It's hard to describe the weird feeling on kneeling but it does gradually improve with practice. My kneeling is not totally normal even at 21 months but I can kneel in pilates (using a thin cushion) for quite long exercises ( 10 minutes or so) and I can kneel briefly on my wooden kitchen floor to get something from a cupboard without thinking about it or using a cushion.
