Eating healthy is a problem. I went to a really nice veg. restaurant with my husband.... and there was not a thing that was not high nickel... In fact, a plant based diet of a year probably threw me into SNAS in 2019. It took me a while to connect the dots. So chicken, rice, squash, and a bite only of this and that.
