Bilateral THR I had it done!!

My beautiful hips celebrated their 1st birthday yesterday.... Delighted to say i had a full and speedy recovery. I still marvel at my total pain free range of movement. Eternally grateful to my doctor ... pure genius... good wishes to everyone ... anyone in early stages of recovery.. take it easy .. ice ice and ice... there is a much improved quality of life around the corner . Xx

Great to hear from you... bilateral pal. It is a truly amazing surgery and I feel the same gratitude for it and my surgeon. My one year birthday was May 1.:chuckmarch:

Happy birthday to my 2 new hips‍♀️. 2 years today post bilateral hip replacement. 2 for the price and inconvenience of 1.. Best decision I ever made.. eternally grateful to surgeon and the man above.. Theresa
