Trying to strengthen my thigh muscles as I know they're weak on my new hip side. So my walks now include some short but steepish hills and I can tell it's making a difference.
I hobble a bit at night, but mostly I'm walking with improvement each week.
I'm still slower than I used to be but getting a bit faster.
I use my Strava app to record my progress and find it helps.
It's good to look back and see how far I've come.
PS ....Just over three miles walk today - no klunks or clonks or pain - and I am just under a minute and a half away from matching my old time for walking a mile.
I'm very happy with that at this stage!
