Experienced before surgery......

My surgery is not for several weeks yet and I seem to have gotten worse in the last month. I'm stiffer, have a difficult time standing for longer than 10 minutes, my knees are having pain when I do certain moves, ache all over and seem to be getting more headaches.

Granted I should have given in to getting this done a year ago but, my "Gel shots" were helping to some degree. So as some of you realize---I'm ready.

My question to anyone---is this something that anyone has gone through?

Most here waited as long as possible I waited through 5 years of bone on bone trying all kinds of pain meds and injections all while giving up activities that I love because the pain was constant and severe. Call the DR. that is going to do the surgery and he should give you some meds although some meds will need to be stopped 1week prior to the surgery. I found that combinations of meds worked best (anti inflamitories and Tylenol arthritis)
