Sometimes we forget what our other recoveries were like. I'm betting you went thorough some of this swelling in the other recoveries as well. You might want to look back at your old recovery threads and do some reading.
The posts above are correct. At 10 weeks you're back at a desk job. It's hard on knees to sit with your leg down for long periods. Getting up and walking 5 minutes out of every hour will help, but nothing but rest, ice and elevation is going to get that swelling down. Can you ice and elevate during the day at work? If not, be sure and do it immediately when you get home for at least an hour. And stop all that weekend walking. That is most likely your biggest reason for the swelling.
In fact, here is a quote from your first knee at 10 weeks: "I am at 10 weeks post op today and everyday continues to be as Sheryl Crow sings, "a winding road", I kept that song in my head over the weeks as the intense pain went from almost unbearable to bearable, from sharp to dull, from stabbing to aching, im sure everyone can relate. I am still having pain, but have increased my work and my exercise and I see light at the end of the tunnel."
So, I'd say you're about in the same place now....
