@justpeggy....I had much the same experience...very little pain..just discomfort until 11 weeks & then had strange pains....I cut back on everything except a small walk each day for a week & it soon got back to normal. Icing too helped. Hope it feels better soon x

@beachgal I think you are absolutely right about walking in the water. I stuck with my regular street walking this past week and the unexplained pain slowly disappeared. Yesterday I walked 8 miles and I feel great. Soon it will be too cold here in S Florida for going to the pool anyway.
