black liquorice helped me when the prescribed medications did not ~ just be careful to not take too much at once. start with just a couple small pieces and see how it goes. good luck. i know how painful the gas pains can be. i ended up getting diarrhea from the prescribed medications.

This is for three reasons
1. if you keep starting new threads, you miss the posts others have left you in the old threads

2. it often ends up that information is unnecessarily repeated

3. it's best if we can keep all your recovery story in one place so it's easily accessed if necessary

Once June has passed, it will be moved into the recovery area and will become the June recovery group.
It's essentially just a list of people having their surgery in June, so you can look to see whose surgery is around the same time as yours.
Each person still posts about their recovery in their own recovery thread.
