Thank You! Quick update on my recovery. Overall I am feeling well, I still experience a little bit of quad pain and somewhat of a restless leg at night that disrupts sleep at times. I am walking for exercise and listening to my body for when I am overdoing it.
I returned to my office last week and worked each day but left early on my long day. I was a bit tired at the end of each day but felt pretty good much of the week. I have had a much easier time with the Left hip that I did last year with my right. Last year I did very intense physical therapy and did not have good results. This year my doctor and I decided to go a more conservative route and I am happy with the decision.
I enjoy lifting weights and was thinking of starting this week (seated light upper body exercises), more for my mental well-being than for the physical benefits. I am at the point where I am feeling better but know I am still in the early stages and is very difficult to manage. I have a two year old and my wife and I are expecting our second child in January, so it is hard taking a back seat to everyday duties!
