Try adding 1,000mg Tylenol to that Tramadol, CB. It makes a lot of difference. Use it even if you only take one Tramadol.

You could also add in 200mg ibuprofen as well! Nice effective little cocktail there!

Sounds like you are coming along pretty well. At this stage you are testing the waters for what is enough and what is too much to do. We have all been there and if we've had an over do day we just take the next one off to rest.
