    andpeaches,
Great up date, wonderful to hear how well you are doing.
The few remaining aches and pains will be lessening in the coming months.

I am 2 weeks post op today with a left total knee. I too work as nurse and am concerned about when to return to work. The doctor put me off till April the 5th which is the 12 week mark. I love this forum and especially the idea that rest can be conducive to healing. I am hopeful of getting back to work at 8 weeks but will have to see what my body is doing. This has helped my weepiness to come here and read about how others are coping and healing. Just coming off the walker, PT twice a week and it is hard. I am getting up and about the house and just starting to do some of the chores. I live by myself so my sister has had nephews who are teens stay with me to help. Tonight is my first night on my own and I kind of like it. Love my family and I love my solitude. I will keep lurkiing and post occasionally as I continue on my own journey.

Peaches, I think this is a spinning type of cycle if memory serves. I did not get one.
