I had manipulation last Monday and it wasn't that bad. Had a massocist therapist afterwards that bent knee till my guard went down then cranked it...wanted to hurt her to see how she liked it, screamed from pain for 1st time since I was a kid,the worst pain since surgery. I do ice it even ay work which I realize now I shouldn't have gone back ,at least full time. How bad is manipulation
I had TKR on my right knee on March 16th...at one time I made it up to a 105 flex but back down to 97. I am in constant pain,still need meds and don't sleep any longer than 3 hours straight.
