That is awesome advice!!!! @FCBayern I will do that! I have an ice machine ready and waiting for me to return. I have decided that if after three weeks I still don’t feel ready then I will have Dr write me out another week. No risking anything!!!- wendys

My advice! Don’t push it! You will gradually get there. I pushed a little too hard after my hip resurfacing and at five weeks post op ended up with a fractured femur! @Jaycey I started Keto shortly after the second surgery. Down 11 pounds so far. I heard elimination of sugar and carbs help alleviate inflammation. Surgeon just said to swim, walk very minimal and that’s it...no other PT. He said I’m still healing from hip resurfacing and a fracture on top...- wendys
