    Well today is wed. And Friday I have my surgery, god I can't wait to get it over. Getting nervous. Got all the equipment I will need to make things easier and more comfy. I will let you all no how it all goes. I'll try to post in hospital. Night all

    No deodorant (or lotions/sprays) for THREE days before surgery??!!??

    I'm going through my surgery in 2 days and they just called me today on what to do. No creams, powder, etc the morning of surgery. Also no meds and no eating and drinking 8hrs before. Just shower with special stuff they gave you the night before and the morning of. I think who ever told you to...

    Thank-you all for the advise. I just remembered, I read also that you'll have to take antibiotics for the rest of you life. Is this true?

    Hi all, first time on here. I'm going in Friday the 27th of July. I'm a little nervous to but listening to you all really helped. I was wondering, I only have crutches to get along will I need a walker?
