    Yes I’ve stopped taking them. Along with Alendronate Sodium I’m taking vit d and calcium supplements. That’s all.

    It’s been just 2 weeks since the medication and my OS didn’t mention any side effects. I took a second opinion as well and he had the same thing to say that CD recovery can be painful at times and takes at least a year to heal, so he didn’t want to jump into conclusions yet.

    I was taking paracetamol 500mg twice daily. I’ve tried basic stretching exercises. The exercises have helped me a lot. Thanks a lot for the tip.

    Heys guys just a quick question. Just over 4 months from core decompression surgery. There is slight pain towards by buttocks and side. My concern though. I’m limping !! But there’s no pain while walking. Should i be worried ?
