I’m sure even when off crutches I’ll still be using them at certain times. I just need to be living again - I need enough strength and movement to drive again. I feel like a prisoner right now
It’s not so much that they are in a rush to get me off crutches. In fact I was doing some walking without crutches prior to the MUA and we all agreed to go back to two andbaby it after
But my leg is so atrophied that there is no firing of the quad - my disability is up and I need to find a way...
The second MUA was 2/11 - no scope this time so at least less traumatic
Most of the swelling is gone except in the area medial to the patella. Pretty much where the pain is

@Jockette yeah I thought your surgery was a while before mine
It slightly below the patella, more lateral than centered .... it is a weird feeling.
I’ve been working on keeping my knee in it’s normal alignment when doing PT because it’s leaning inward and it feels better when I support the...
@backadeez
Being able to stand and bear the weight on my recovering knee is progress in a couple ways: 1. I’m closer to losing a crutch and getting back to my home with some independence again. 2. By reengaging my knee muscles, the leg will passively hold my extension and flexion progress ...
