    You are right, I do have a lot of swelling. That seems to be a problem when trying to bend my knee. Maybe I am trying to go too fast. I have so much to learn. Thanks for ya'll's support !!!

    my doctor told me today to break thru the adhesions, and i will break thru the pain, but the pain is so bad when i bend my knee that i cant hardly take it. im 3 weeks post tkr, my rom is 80. im really down about my progress
