    well i put thte knee to the test last weekend with 3 rounds of golf down in Atlanta.....all good. felt great. knee responded well to 3 days in a row of 18 holes of golf. Life is good. other than a little stiffness on the plane ride home no issues. hope everyone else is doing well.

    hi thelma - i'm a few weeks past you in recovery at the 14/15 week time period. i think i am doing fantastic and i still have stiffness and some swelling. So why do i feel i'm doing so good if i still have stiffness and swelling? because my OS told me that is the norm and will be for some time...

    unless your looking for specific measurements it sounds to be like what your doing is working. I did the same thing with the chair, making sure it was in the same spot and marking off slats on the hardwood floor as a point of reference. if you are continually getting past your reference points...

    What does OS stand for? i see the term alot and its probably obvious so at the risk of appeariing stupid i'll ask. Parla and Janlyn48 - my lovely wife of 25 years spoiled me bigtime. even now after 3 months i keep thanking her for taking such good care of me.
