Hi there - just a quick note to apologise for the forum being off-line for so long. All in all it was about 48hrs!

As you can imagine, we had a major catastrophe in the hardware department which is why it took so long.

As a result of that, and not being able to back up the forum during the brief times it came back, all posts and other activity which was made during Friday, Saturday and Sunday was lost. We are obviously terribly sorry about this but there was little could be done to avoid it.

I mostly apologise to all you BoneSmarties who are facing surgery and other significant problems and have come to rely upon this forum for support, encouragement and advice. Please believe that you were constantly in our prayers even if we couldn't communicate with you directly.

What is more frustrating is that many of the 'helpful' posts made during this period are lost too and it's quite a challenge for us to replicate them. If you think such a valuable post has disappeared from your thread, please feel free to tag me so an attempt can be made to reinstate it. You do this by typing Josephine followed by a semi-colon ; It should turn blue and the semi-colon changes to a colon: if you've done it properly so you will know if it's worked or not! Like this @Josephine: (or you can tag Jamie or any of the mods the same way!)

Additionally, if you notice any problems, bugs or glitches please post them here and/or tag me also.

Thank you, Jo for the apology, even though we all know that things like this occur and no one can help it. Thanks for all you do and for all that everyone does behind the scenes and "in front" of the scenes. You are all appreciated and cared about also.

Hats off to the staff for fixing. Josephine I know that you couldn't surport people but these things do happen. Good going to the staff for fixing the problem.:doggieshmooze:Tashia:thumb:

Thank You Josephine, and all the staff support, for getting the matter fixed. WE all appreciate what u and all the mods and staff do to help this forum, working so well.

I cant get the smilies to show up when i click on them, is it just me or anyone else have that problem?
