Well I saw PT and an osteopath at the same time. PT was to build core stability and osteo was to address my lower back pain. If you feel OK about seeing both I would go for it. Not sure why either would object. Just give it a go and see if things improve.I would like to keep see both of them - PT twice a week and osteopath once a week. Is this ok?
If you have any lower back issues bridges are tough. I agree - wait for this exercise. You need good core stability to do this right plus strength in your legs. Bit early yet.It happened when I was doing bridges, so will not do those until this resolves.
