You are not going backwards! This recovery is not linear -- it's a roller-coaster ride with lots of ups and downs. The good news is that the "dips" get shorter and less intense over time. Very hard to determine what too much is. All it takes is a certain movement that the muscles don't like, especially if it's repetitive. Besides all of us react different as do each hip. I had the same OS for both of my hips, and they were very different experiences in some ways.Oh yes. Icing several times a day! From what I told you I did today would you say that was too much? The over dos make it longer??
