Well, duh! Hadn't thought of that, although I did take a cognitive test earlier this week and failed one segment spectacularly. Here's some nice icing combined with the forum open, so that you can that I can in fact multitask.

With your fusion coming up, I'm sure you've found the thread on spinal fusions under "Other Joints." Typically, they will not even have you start doing PT until 4-6 months after the fusion to allow a good growth. Only the NDA - the normal daily activities and lots of walking. So I hope that knee calms down a lot soon.
