I've been to Renaissance Festival a few times. It was a fun time. Always a ton of people.

I know Snowflake well. Remember stopping there on way home from the White Mountains and getting the best sweet corn I've ever had.
There is quite a rivalry between the two towns, not sure for Holbrook which is bigger Snowflake or Winslow. Probably whichever one they are playing at the time.
I always liked Snowflake because it was greener than Holbrook. After 20 years in the Navy I settled in Tennessee mainly because I like the color green rather than brown/red.
I get back to Az a couple times a year, still have lots of cousins in Holbrook.
