First forum thread, and while post op for Right TKR, I will be having Left TKR on February 6th, so guess I'm a 2024 February Valentine? Surgery is scheduled for the day after my birthday

Hi @Knotty knees ! I am about a year ahead of you in a similar situation: my first TKA was last January, and the other was done in June.

I will say this: while I feel I've done very well, my ortho team was right on in saying "no two knees are alike - even on the same person!"

(They also said that in the early weeks of recovery "less is more!" and never ever measured my flexion or extension - just cheered on my progress!)
