    Hi Maryo52 he said to stay on the tramadol and just upped the dosage which has really helped today now that I am on top of the pain and just resting think things will go good from now.I also find icing it brings alot of relief aswell.

    Hi had my knee replacement 16th January and having trouble coping with the pain and feeling sick am taking tramadol 50mg was taking one every 4 hours but now taking 2 every 6 hours just not sure if the pain should be better than it is would welcome any advice.
