Thanks @DizzyBlond and @Zelda. It is so hard to not get discouraged and think about every ache and pain. I am ready for normal! Pray you are both feeling well.
Had setback this week. Saw Dr today for X-ray and all looked well. Having sever groin pain and pain on outside of thigh near incision. Dr said muscular and need to make sure not doing too much. He did put me out of work for 1 more week. I fee mobility wise I am back to 3 weeks.
@Zelda I have warned the family about the naps. I understand what you mean about walking. Luckily at work I sit and can stand for small strolls and stretching. I do need to accept the walking. I suggested Apple picking for this weekend and quickly realized I was in denial.
Thanks Josephine. I did extra PT because I have a history of JRA and Fibromyalgia so knew my muscles were "stubborn". My PT is amazing and does not push me to hard.
Interesting materials. Will be reading. I go back Tuesday after Labor Day so my first week back will be short. I would like to do phased but out of leave (so won't get paid if not working). I will definitely look to use some of the tips in the articles.

Thank you. It is a roller coaster!!! I have been off pain meds since day 2 post-op. They make me sick so I used Tylenol. Now that I am done with blood thinners moving to aleve. Are you still working with a PT?
