Greetings….. that pain resolved to be replaced by another. Lol. I have realized I must just roll with the punches and not fret about every pain. I feel I am making progress even though it’s one step forward and two steps back some weeks.
I feel for you. I am 6 months post op now and still battling like you. I am a teacher so often on my legs too. The swelling and stiffness are unbearable. The highlight of my day is when I can get home and ice and elevate. This is the only thing which brings relief…….until the next morning when...
Thanks, all. I am a teacher so my job entails quite a bit of standing. I have begun to take an ice pack to work but it isn’t always practical for me to use. I will persevere.
Nearly 5 months out and feeling very depressed. No real progress with the knee yet. After a day at work I feel desperate to just get home so I can ice and elevate it. I miss being able to do things- my new normal is starting a chore and then feeling worn out and having to rest in between doing...

I feel for you as I have...

Hi…. This was me two months ago. I was so anxious with all the talk from therapists about where my ROM should be. I was given good advice on this forum and so I’m going to give it to you. - Trust your instincts- if it hurts don’t do it. It will all come right. Believe me….. I was wracked with...
Hello, nice to have someone going through the same timeline as me. I’m doing ok- back teaching so exhausted by the end of the day. Hope you are progressing well.
Hi all
I have been doing well but in the last week I have begun to experience really strange pain in my leg and knee? Comes out of nowhere and is sharp . some times in my lower leg, some times foot and some times knee. It is unlike a pain I have experienced in my recovery to date. Not severe...
