I had a knee replacement done May 2024, 5 months ago. The back of my knee is very painful, have been told that its the hamstring muscle. I do exercises daily and am having a weekly physio session.
Does anyone else have this problem? I wonder if its normal to be still doing physio after 5 months...
I was hoping to find a template that I could fill in with the medication name, dose strength and frequency of taking and that would allow me to follow a plan of tapering off safely. Maybe asking for too much!
I am 3 weeks past my TKR and want to start weaning off the meds. I take 2 mg of Hydromorphone/Dilaudid every four hours. Does anybody have any suggestions how I can do this slowly.
Thanks

Thanks
