Sorry about that @mur4y as that would highly annoy me. I've met my deductible this year so having it changed to next year would cost me thousands more, although you are UK so it may work differently for you.
@gardengal I thought mine was the piriformis for the longest time! I've been dealing with being afraid to exercise because of the pain this year and I realize it's time. I have to do something. Ugh.
