    TKR 12 weeks post op and very stiff

    12 weeks post op. TKR on left knee. My recovery has been relativly easy, after getting thru the first week! Back to work, walking every day at a strolling pace, for 20 minutes. Did PT for 10 weeks, and continue to do all the exercises at home. Still very swollen but off all meds for 10 weeks...

    Can I please get some help. I would like to be added to your May, 2018 TKR group. Left knee on May 1st. I have so many questions, and am trying to figure out how to navigate this site! Not sure where to go to sign up, ask questions, or read others stories.
