Thanks for adding me here! I had Hip Arthosopy (FAI / Torn Labrum) on April 21. My primary symptom was bad groin pain- zaps. After surgery, they are much worse. Thank you for good info! Yes, it’s my right hip that I had done (FAI / Torn Labrum). I do ice for longer than 20 Minutes (until hip ice packs are no longer cold) all day long. Today is awful… probably had 15 “jolts/spasms”’so far today. I cancel PT when I have days like this. My surgeon said the...- Kristen37
