Guess I didn't do any damage. Soft tissue maybe but swelling is down. I will continue to ice and stick to conventional ROM exercises. I never could sit on my knees and will never try that again

I 1/2 years since my surgery. Still not happy with the degree of bend so I tried kneeling then sitting on my feet. In the process I heard a loud crack? Pop? With a sharp pain that went right away
So now the knee is stiff and slightly swollen on the outside. Opinions anyone. I'm icing.
Could it...
Thanks for the feedback. I need the reassurance. No good story. Arm hanging over the fence as I talked to the neighbor. His dog for some reason jumped up and latched onto my hand

Of all the things I was bitten by a dog on the hand this morning. Required 20 stitches.. Will be on antibiotics for 2 weeks..Anything else I should be doing..

I ride my indoor trainer 4 days a week. Only compromise I have made is I do not push big gears as often as I did before. I use speed play pedals because of the float and the ease with which they release. I...
This was one of my PT favorites. It does hurt bit not in the same way as it hurt when trying to get more range of motion. Give it a try but be aware it hurts but only for a moment
