    2014 December SuperNovas - Are you having knee surgery in December?

    Thanks for all the replies and links to helpful articles. I've read most all of the articles on Bonesmart...great prep for what to do before surgery and what to expect post surgery. I've had a few injuries to my knee which has also developed arthritis. I've been bone on bone for over a year...
