    Thank you so much for the encouragement. How long before you returned to work? My surgeon had said to be off work 6-8 weeks. Which seems like forever to me. It's only been 10 days and I'm getting bored. It was my right hip so no driving for a month.

    THR Posterior approach

    I had my TRH replacement on Aug. 29th. The bone on bone pain is gone but I feel like I have been kicked in the butt. My incision is side and angled way back towards butt cheek. Is this just the healing pain I am feeling?

    I'm scheduled for a right THR August 29th.

    I can't wait to be rid of this pain and be active again. I use to spend hours at the local mall but now very rarely do I visit 1 store.
