Thank you. I am at the point where I’m afraid to post any updates. I posted when I had my other knee done and found it valuable to go back and see what my recovery was like. I was hoping to use this the same journal type way. I think I won’t post further updates. Good luck all

I was very comfortable with drilling for the hour. Not so much movement with that. Just hit the ball back. PT the day before really worked me. It was more like an hour with a personal trainer than pt. I know that’s not the recommended way. It was her way though.
You are absolutely correct. That’s not right. I apologize. I know I was 7 degrees from straight when lying on the table. With the Pt pressing on it she could get it to 3 degrees from straight.

Day 5. Too tired from day 4 travel to/from dr and long wait to see him to do much. One thing you never see mentioned in the jiffy knee site is pain and swelling. I’m here to tell you that those two things are the same regardless of the procedure. You get moving earlier. Pain comes on same schedule
Today is day 3. First in office PT. (Did not have home health or in home PT). Therapist could not believe I had only had surgery on Friday. I can climb stairs one foot over the other. I can walk without cane/walker/crutch.
