    Thank you..My new hip is doing great. It feels very "natural" and has enabled me return to full mobility again. It has had a very positive impact on my sense of happiness. I hope this will encourage others about to consider the surgery.

    I'm doing great thanks, it's really amazing to have a good hip again. I can walk as normal now again unaided by crutches or canes. It was a great success and I can recommend the procedure to anyone.

    The very best of wishes with your recovery, and congratulations on your new hip! On a positive note I have to say that in my experience recently, the post op pain was a lot less than I expected even after epidural wore off. I hope you will also not have excessive pain with your hip.

    Hello everybody, I'm just inquiring from experienced members if they also experienced a LOT of thigh to knee swelling post op? I am icing it frequently, and have began to also elevate my leg on a pillow in bed ( I also place pillow between my legs as instructed)

    Thanks a lot Eman85...appreciate your words of advise and encouragement. I'm in a better place mentally tonight than I was earlier this morning, I think I just had a "mini meltdown" but I feel better tonight and I realise there is no going back now. So I will try and focus on the positive.
