    Hip Arthroscopy

    Have you talked to your surgeon about open surgery to correct the impingement? I have heard mixed things about the scope to correct impingement and that open surgery, while a much more complicated procedure, provides better access to the joint for the impinging bone to be removed.

    Do you guys find that physical therapy helps much, or is it mostly the natural healing process that needs to run its course regardless of therapy?
