    I've just had a look at the UK Amazon site and see that the book is there on Kindle as well so have just ordered it. My Kindle is currently on charge to make sure it's all ready for tomorrow............ EEEK!!! I'M HAVING MY SURGERY TOMORROW!! It's really happening.......
