    Dr McGrath is also with UB Ortho. They are a great group. My surgeon was Dr. Mutty. I had two large flexible cloth covered ice packs. They got really cold but were still flexible. While I was using one, the other was chilling in the freezer. Ice is definitely a great pain reliever

    just an update, my tooth problems have been resolved, getting a permanent filling for the root canal on Friday. Just a suggestion for anyone going on antibiotics, take a good probiotic. I haven't had to deal with any intestinal side effects from the meds because of them.

    I remember for several months that I had traveling pains in odd places that would start up and then disappear. I tried not too worry too much (for me this is tough) but they amounted to nothing after all. I still get the odd pain or two, but they go away and all is good. Hang in there.
