    TKR When can you swim?

    Well, 12 weeks now. Been swimming for 4 weeks. No breaststroke legs. Apparently never any break stroke legs! Doing aquafit and some gym. Taking longer to recovery than I first thought. Next knee scheduled for early next year.

    TKR After a year and 2 months

    TKR When can you swim?

    I had a LTKR in June. Just over 6 weeks now. The physio says wait until week 12. I’m a competent swimmer and the wound appears well healed.

    TKR ROM issues

    Yes I have found that. Overdid it and really uncomfortable for 1.5/2 days. Also worse night’s sleep. It’s happened twice, so I go my own pace now.
