    THR Two days post op

    All sounds normal. I had surgery Monday and the surgical leg is still swollen and stiff. Taking the pain meds on schedule helps. I'm able to move then and the more I move I know the quicker these muscles will get stronger. It's baby steps though. A few laps around the house and I'm back to...
