20 minutes on the elliptical today! Last week I walked enough steps for 21.3 miles. Feeling more myself.

Ok - at 7 months post op, I can go easily but slowly down the stairs right over left. My body automatically wants to go down sideways when I get to the top. I have to think and make myself go down facing forward. Am I weird? Well I am but anyone else have this happen?

@msmechanic58 I think hubby still has to think before he goes down them or he will go like a 3 year old!

I like to go sideways, it feels more stable. If I use the railing I go up and down normally.
We still have a ways to go until we are fully healed, about 4 months until the one year mark.
