    Thank you everyone, I am so glad I found this site - so reassuring to know that what I am feeling is normal. I am taking pregablin and although it makes me so drowsy it helps the pain. ( and after all I can sleep if I want!). Many thanks everyone. Veronica

    Thank you everyone. So glad I found this site it is a great help. I was told not to ice knee for longer than 20 minutes At a time, now I have been doing it for up to an hour and already the pain has lessened a bit. Thanks again. Veronica

    Hi everyone, I had RTKR 6 weeks ago and am still struggling with pain and swelling, particularly through the night. I elevate and ice every 2 hours and am on co codamol 500 /30 every 4 hours. Wishing everyone well and good recoveries. Veronica
