9/14 Two years THR post op ...doing good...back to work and school
9/14 Year and a half post-op TKR and not doing good
Just started extreme pain in knee and groin area on the TKR
side, specially after activity like carrying heavy bag or walking
10/14 Bad luck with Knee replacement. Needs redo... Using simple English.. The knee was measured incorrectly and is off by 5-7 mm. Surgeon has to replace a part with an insert 2-6 mm thicker.
01/15 Return to surgeons office to schedule the knee redo and get a routine pelvic X-ray. Sadly unfolds that my other hip is bone on bone now and needs replacement . Surgeon suggests to have. Hip replacement before knee redo. My son is getting married in May so plans for surgery are postponed for after the wedding.
10/15. Three years after TLHR and two years after TRKR .... I just had a TLHR. After recovery from TRHR I have to schedule a redo of my 2 year old TRKR
