I am recovering from an ACL replacement (allograft) that was performed on 12/9/15. I am trying to learn whether excruciating pain during PT ROM is necessary or even beneficial for recovery. I am still crying from my session this morning when I screamed, begging my therapist to stop and yelling no more only for her to push me further. I feel wrecked.
