    Has anyone ever heard of this ? It’s a knee replacement with a side cut which is supposed to cause a faster recovery. Are there any surgeons in San Diego area who do this kind of surgery? Does anyone have any information on this?

    Getting closer to surgery date of August 8th and feeling so anxious. Just read about Lounge Doctor knee rest. Should I buy the size small (I am 5’ 3”) and the wider width? Do you recommend the one with cooling gel (not sure how that works) or the regular one?

    I had no sleep issues after my shoulder replacement (rented a recliner and slept in it for 2 months) and minimal pain after 2 days. After my THR, I slept fine in my own bed (adjustable). Only needed pain meds for 2 days with each surgery. That is why I’m terrified of my upcoming TJR.

    Have been a member since my THR in 2021. Now have TKR scheduled for August 8th. Also have had total shoulder replacement in 2019. I hear that TJR is the hardest so I’m so frightened and thinking of backing out. Thought wait would be longer but saw surgeon yesterday and there was opening 8/7...
