2025 August Hotshots - Are you having knee surgery in August?
August 18 for me. Left knee. A lifetime of running. Arthroscopic surgery on both knees, decades ago. I can still walk five miles, bike, swim, etc. Pain is 1-2 . . . so I’m definitely reluctant to go through with surgery.
