I have had progressively worse mobility from bad knees over the last 15 years. In December of 2011 I had a tkr. I had poor results after three months of physical therapy even though I tried very hard but I never got past -5 ROM and 70 extension. Due to other health problems I had to leave PT. I have an appointment with the OS to see what can be done after one year to improve the bend in my knee. My right knee is also bone on bone which limits my rehab. I think the Stryker knee has heeled good but the adhesions are holding me back.
